President Biden has embarked on the first international trip of his presidency. After a weekend full of meetings with Group of Seven, NATO and European Union leaders designed to reaffirm alliances and revitalize the transatlantic relationship, Biden will participate in a bilateral summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin, who loathes the transatlantic alliance we wish to fortify.
