Spokesman for the Ukrainian Presidential Administration for Anti-Terrorist Operation issues Colonel Andriy Lysenko assures that Ukraine's armed forces are ready to deter a possible incursion by Russian troops into Ukrainian territory, according to TV Channel 112 Ukraine.

“What has been happening, what forces are arriving from the Russian Federation – everything is being monitored on a minute-by-minute basis. We’re not aware of their eventual plans, but if this is a possible incursion – we’re ready. We’ve got reserve forces, weapons, and other things that we need. We’re up in arms,” he said, Channel 112 Ukraine reported.
