Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk has spoken in favor of introducing the post of deputy prime minister on European integration in Ukraine.

“I believe the Cabinet of Ministers should introduce the post of deputy prime minister on European integration, who will head the EU Department,” Yatsenyuk told a government meeting on Wednesday, June 25.

Yatsenyuk also called for the completion of the formation of the mechanism on the implementation of the agreement on association and a free trade zone with the EU. He ordered the intensification of the contest for posts of deputy ministers on European integration in all ministries.
