BRUSSELS - Kyiv is counting on NATO's help in developing a new security and defense strategy for Ukraine, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk said.
“Today, during the talks, I asked for more help in developing a new security and defense strategy for Ukraine. We must fully reform the army,” he told a press conference held jointly with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg in Brussels on Dec. 15.
The premier is also hoping for help in reforming the National Guard.
