BRUSSELS - Ukrainian Premier Arseniy Yatsenyuk once again urged Russia to honor its commitments under the Minsk agreements.

“We’re calling the Russian president to abide by the agreements and to start a peace process in Ukraine,” he said at a joint press conference with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg in Brussels on Dec. 15.

According to the premier, the first thing that is to be done is to withdraw the Russian troops from the Ukraine territory and to stop arms supply to the eastern part of Ukraine.
