The Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce has accepted an additional Ukrainian lawsuit regarding an interim deal between Naftogaz Ukrainy and Gazprom, Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk has said.
“The Stockholm arbitration court has accepted our additional lawsuit regarding an interim solution in the Naftogaz-Gazprom affair,” the prime minister said in his opening remarks at the government meeting on Oct. 22.
