European Council President Herman Van Rompuy has called for the swift implementation of the agreements on Ukraine, which were reached in Geneva on April 17
“The EU will continue to follow the situation closely,” Van Rompuy wrote on his Twitter page on April 18.
He also noted that European leaders in had intensive consultations the last few days on the issue of de-escalating the situation in Ukraine.
