Ukrspyrt in the first half of 2015 repaid Hr 136 million of its debt for raw materials (grain) and gas purchased during 2014.
“We’ve fully repaid the debt for 2014 to Naftogaz Ukrainy – Hr 76.8 million, we paid debts to grain producers – Hr 58 million. By the end of August we will repay all our debts,” Ukrspyrt acting head Roman Ivaniuk said.
In addition, in March 2015 the company signed an additional agreement with Skela-Tercium LLC and Gazpromservis LLC on natural gas supplies with a weighted average discount of Hr 250 per 1,000 cubic meters, which allowed it to save about Hr 1 million.
Ukrspyrt said while working with the suppliers that the situation with the planned limits became predictable: gas was released in full and there were no obstacles to its consumption.
Ukrspyrt in January – June 2015 saw Hr 96 million of net pretax profit, which is almost twice the results of 2014 (Hr 49 million).
