The national budget of Ukraine for 2015 foresees the State Automobile Road Agency of Ukraine (Ukravtodor) expenses to amount to UAH 20.826 billion, while in 2014 expenses totaled some UAH 16 billion.
According to the budget, Hr 17.41 billion will be allocated to fulfill debt liabilities under credits taken by the state or state secured credits, while only Hr 3.4 billion will be allocated to develop and maintain the road network.
Hr 2.748 billion will be allocated to fulfill liabilities on state secured credits used to realize finance programs related to Ukraine’s hosting of the 2014 Euro football championship.
No expenses are foreseen in the budget for the State Railway Administration of Ukraine.
