“The Cabinet of ministers of Ukraine will have to submit a bill on Ukraine’s national budget for 2015 by Dec. 15, 2014. The budget must envision the implementation of this agreement and comply with the International Monetary Fund’s program,” the draft coalition agreement says.

The members of a future parliamentary coalition would also have to commit themselves to ensuring the adoption of a national budget for 2015 by no later than Dec. 30, 2014, it says.
