The Ukrainian authorities intend to introduce sanctions on private individuals who are Russian citizens and who support and finance militants and terrorists in Ukraine, Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk said.

“Ukraine will introduce sanctions against every private individual
who has a Russian passport and who supports terrorists and separatists
in Ukraine,” Yatsenyuk said, while opening a government meeting on
Wednesday, July 23.
