You're reading: Ukraine’s aviation regulator bans flights to, from Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia

The State Aviation Service of Ukraine has banned flights to the airports of Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhia from 12 a.m. Kyiv time on Saturday, Dec. 13, service head Denys Antoniuk said.

The ban was imposed for security reasons, he said.

The date for lifting the ban hasn’t been fixed, and departures and arrivals at the three airports have been cancelled until it is lifted, he added.
