Efforts for peace in east Ukraine will receive a boost later this week, with a video conference planned for April 29th between representatives of Russia, Ukraine and the OSCE on the the one side and representatives from the Kremlin-backed, self-proclaimed Luhansk and Donetsk People's Republic's on the other.
