The Ukrainian authorities continue actively preparing an international donors conference where a plan of restoring the country in 2015-2017 will be presented, Ukrainian Presidential Administration Deputy Head for administrative, social and economic reform Dmitry Shymkiv announced.

The presidential press service reported on Oct. 22 that the preparations are supported by the Delegation of the European Commission to Ukraine.

“The plan will cover key priorities of the country’s development for the next three years and it will be harmonized with the Reform Strategy-2020 and the principles of implementing the Ukraine-EU Association Agreement,” the report says.

All relevant ministries and agencies are involved in preparing the conference and developing the revival plan.

“A single database of international donors and experts is now being formed that should guarantee effective communications. A beta version of the system has been developed. The OSCE is considering the possibility of financing it,” the report says.
