Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak told journalists that Ukraine still has not contacted the Russian government for the receipt of a discount on gas in Q3.

Novak in an interview for Rossiya 24 TV channel said that the discount on gas for Ukraine in Q3 will likely be 30% of the price.
