The Trilateral Contact Group on Ukraine is holding a meeting in an expanded format in Minsk, to which representatives of the unrecognized Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics have been invited.
“A meeting in an expanded format has started, to which representatives of certain districts of Donbas have been invited. Reports from the OSCE coordinators for the subgroups on political, humanitarian, and economic issues will be listened to at the meeting,” Daria Olifer, the press secretary for former Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma, who represents Kyiv at the Minsk talks, said on Facebook.
