An armed attack was committed on the office of the Nova Poshta delivery operator on July 10 morning, as the result of which three employees of the company were killed, advisor to the Ukrainian interior minister Anton Heraschenko has said.
“Just now, at 08.40 there was an armed attack on the Nova Poshta office in Newton Street in Kharkiv, during the morning cash collection. According to preliminary information, three employees of the Nova Poshta were killed,” he wrote on his Facebook page on July 10 morning.
According to Heraschenko, law-enforcers are currently trying to intercept the attackers in Kharkiv, an investigative team is working at the crime scene.
“One of the main theories is that it was done by the same group of unknown individuals who previously four times robbed and killed cash-in-transit guards and still have not been identified,” the official said.
