The Russian Trade and Economic Development Ministry has made a decision on the creation of a special economic zone on the territory of the Crimean Federal District, which contains the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, Crimean Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Temirgaliyev said.

“A decision has been made on the creation of a special economic zone
in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol. There will be tax
concessions, special investment, and considerable federal support,”
Temirgaliyev told the state Council meeting on Friday.
