A Russian humanitarian convoy is near the Ukrainian border in Russia's Rostov region, the Ukrainian State Border Service has reported.

The Russian humanitarian convoy intended for the people of south-eastern Ukraine is near the populated area of Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, Rostov region, not far from the Ukrainian border, the agency reported on Friday.

Ukraine still does not have information on the nature of the second Russian “humanitarian convoy” for Donbas.

“No definitive decision has been made yet on the second convoy and how it will travel, by rail or by road transport. As a result, we have no information from the red Cross or any other information on what will go, how it will go, where it will go and in what amounts,” Ihor Bilous, the head of the Ukrainian State Fiscal Service, said earlier.
