U.S. Permanent Representative to the United Nations Samantha Power has called on the Ukrainian people to monitor the implementation of reforms.
“It is important that the Ukrainian people can remain involved in implementing reforms,” she said at a meeting with the public in Kyiv.
According to the official, Ukraine has taken a number of positive steps, but major reforms have still only been made on paper and must be put into practice.
