Moscow - The Russian president's press secretary Dmitry Peskov believes it is not productive to discuss Ukraine's Association Agreement with the European Union once this document has been signed.

“Russia is traditionally ready for dialogue, but it is not very productive to discuss anything post factum,” Peskov told the Dozhd television station.

“First, the president has already announced more than once all measures that Russia will have to take if these principles of the document, the economic part of which will be signed, come into force. Second, the Russian side has also repeatedly voiced its regret over Brussels’ lack of willingness and preparedness to discuss in advance possible negative consequences of implementing the principles of the Association Agreement that will be signed,” he said.
