The restoration of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine is a priority in the work of the future government, according a draft coalition agreement proposed by the People's Front Party.
“The coalition determines as priorities of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the restoration of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and the strengthening of the country’s defense,” reads the document.
Among other priorities are realizing the EU integration course, ensuring economic and financial stability, implementing the programs of cooperation with international financial institutions, deregulation policy, tax and budget reforms, as well as strengthening Ukraine’s energy independence.
In addition, among the priorities of the new Cabinet of Ministers will be overcoming the negative social, economic and infrastructural consequences of Russian aggression in Ukraine, ensuring the fight against corruption, carrying out lustration, decentralization of power, and reforming law enforcement agencies and prosecutor’s office.
One more priority will be to achieve the conditions necessary for the introduction of a visa-free regime between Ukraine and the EU.
