Recipes used in dealing with weak countries will not pass in relation to Russia, said President Vladimir Putin.
“This is absolutely unacceptable and counterproductive. This is ruining the present-day world order. No doubt, such head-on methods won’t pass if applied to Russia. The recipes that work in relation to weak and failed states, infected by inner contradictions and conflicts, won’t work here,” Putin told the Russian Security Council on July 22.
