MINSK - The authorized representatives of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics are still planning to participate in the Minsk talks and have not ruled out that their leaders will join the dialogue.

“We (with the Luhansk People’s Republic’s authorized representative Vladislav Deinego) are not changing our plans on participation in the talks, we have the documents that we are officially authorized to represent our republics at this meeting. Besides, we have received a formal invitation from the OSCE (Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe),” the DPR’s Minsk negotiator Denys Pushylin told Interfax on Thursday.

“The leaders of our republics, Oleksandr Zakharchenko and Ihor Plotnytsky, are ready to join the talks, if concrete decisions are made, and to sign a final document,” he said.
