U.S. President Barack Obama said at the UN General Assembly that he had signed a decree on providing Ukraine with counterbattery stations for defensive purposes, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said.

“Speaking about President Obama, he had met wit me before meeting with Putin and we coordinated the main approaches.
