Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has confirmed that the anti-terrorist operation forces in the eastern part of the country are regrouping.

“We are regrouping units of our armed forces, the National Guard, and border guards, and this is being done not for attack and offensive but in order to guarantee the effective defense of our territory,” Poroshenko said at an expanded Cabinet meeting on Sept. 10.

The third phase of partial mobilization has been finished, and the work of Ukraine’s defense industry has been normalized, which ensures the supply of up to 30 armored vehicles a day to the troops, he said.
