The Petro Poroshenko Bloc and the People's Front have agreed on joint candidates for MPs in 20 single-mandate constituencies, presidential adviser, parliamentary candidate and current MP Mykola Tomenko has said.

“Today, we have agreed that in almost 20 constituencies either the Poroshenko Bloc or the People’s Front withdraw their candidates in favor of each other, so that, some infamous politicians… could not get seats in the Verkhovna Rada,” he said on the Freedom of Speech talk show on ICTV channel in Kyiv on Monday, Oct. 13.

He noted that such a move was an indication of Ukrainian political forces’ ability to agree.
