Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has approved the list of the position in military-civil administrations of Donetsk and Luhansk regions that are to be substituted by soldiers and law enforcers.
The corresponding decree dated April 23 was posted on the president’s website. It also includes the list of such positions.
The decree becomes effective immediately and expires together with the law of Ukraine on military-civil administrations.
