Minsk – Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) special envoy and member of the Trilateral Contact Group for settling the Ukraine crisis Heidi Tagliavini has left the room where top-level negotiations are continuing between the leaders of the Normandy Quartet (France, Germany, Russia and Ukraine).
Tagliavini declined any comments for the press.
