I would like to inform you that tomorrow I will travel to the east of Ukraine to meet with officials and civil society representatives, Apakan said at a press conference in Kyiv on Thursday, Nov. 20.

According to him, SMM is very concerned with the increasing numbers of refugees, especially elderly persons and women with children, as with winter coming, these issues need the most careful attention.

According to Apakan, the OSCE supports the peace plan of Ukraine’s President Petro Poroshenko and Minsk agreements.

SMM noted that Apakan would visit Kramatorsk and Severodonetsk, as well as meet with Head of Luhansk Regional Administration Hennadiy Moskal.
