Members of the Special Monitoring Mission of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE SMM) were unable to visit the area of fighting on Feb. 17, anti-terrorist operation (ATO) spokesman Andriy Lysenko has said.
“I would like to remind everyone that obstructing the work of the OSCE mission is a grave violation of the Minsk agreements,” he told a press briefing in Kyiv on Feb. 17.
