MOSCOW - Russia's ambassador to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Andrei Kelin says it is highly likely that the OSCE mission in southeastern Ukraine will be extended once its current mandate expires.

“I think there is a fairly high likelihood that the mission will be extended beyond March 21,” he said on the Rossiya-24 television.

“In my view, the mission has proved itself well,” Kelin added.
