The information center of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) has reported that trucks that arrived to the east of Ukraine with so-called 'humanitarian aid' from Russia are used to remove equipment of Ukrainian enterprises from the country.

“There is no information how many (trucks) returned and what they did here. We have operating data that some trucks are used in Donetsk and Luhansk to remove some equipment from our enterprises,” NSDC spokesman Andriy Lysenko said at a briefing on Aug. 23.

“According to operating data, Russians are loading equipment of Topaz industrial center which produces modern passive sensors of Kolchuga type and equipment of a Luhansk plant which produces cartridges for small arms to the trucks that entered the (Ukrainian) territory under guise of the humanitarian convoy,” reads the report of the NSDC.
