Arrival of next Russian humanitarian convoy to Donbas is just a reason to show off, assistant of State Border Guard Service Chief of Ukraine Oleh Slobodian said.

“As a result of the visual examination, a majority of trucks appeared to be loaded just by half that may indicate the definite show off of the given campaign,” Slobodian said at a briefing in Kyiv on Sept. 17.

He reported that on Thursday morning two columns amounting to 107 cars illegally crossed the of Ukraine through Russian checkpoints ‘Donetsk’ and ‘Matveyev Kurgan’.

Slobodian stressed that one more sending of the humanitarian convoy was carried with a rough violation of the international legislation, representatives of the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) were not involved in cargo examination so Ukrainian interdepartmental task force performed only visual observation, but without control functions.
