Moscow - Only the United States is able "to moderate the war party" in Ukraine, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said at a briefing on Tuesday.
“It is necessary to moderate the war party in Kyiv and in reality only the U.S. can do this,” Lavrov said.
“It would be very important to use the U.S. influence and opportunities in general in order to give necessary signals in favor of switching from the attempts to resolve the situation in a military way to political process,” Lavrov said.
