Activists tore down the last of the remaining Lenin statues in Dnipropetrovsk last night.

The monument in question is the one near the Enerhetyk culture palace in the city’s Prydnipetrovsky residential area, a local online news outlets and social media users said on April 10.

The young men climbed onto the pedestal, attached a cable between the statue and a UAZ vehicle and pulled the statue from the pedestal. The statue fell and broke into pieces, and the onlookers broke the head and hands off the statue.
