MOSCOW - Russian State Secretary, Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin and U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland discussed on the telephone on July 22 issues on the Ukrainian crisis settlement, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
“During the conversation problems, related to the implementation of the Minsk agreements on settling the crisis in Ukraine, were discussed,” the document said.
