“I have just filed a lawsuit against the FMS in the interests of Mustafa Jemilev at Moscow’s Basmanny Court on declaring illegal a ban on his entry into Russia,” the lawyer wrote on Twitter on Oct. 31.

As reported, in April this year, the Russian authorities banned Jemilev from entering Russia for five years. He also denied entry to Crimea.
