MOSCOW - Moscow will turn to the international courts if Ukraine breaches its debt obligations, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said during a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin and parliament.

“If we see that the obligations are breached that Ukraine undertook when it invested our resources into Ukrainian state bonds, we will legally protect our interests in court so they’re not harmed,” he said.

“The last payment was in February of this year, and the next one should be $75 million on June 20. This is why the terms of the agreements have not yet been violated,” Siluanov added.
