Luhansk is still under fire, the press office of the Luhansk city council said on July 22.
“Throughout the day the gunfire in Luhansk continued, at least ten
houses were damaged and information of casualties and injured is being
specified,” the press office said.
According to the information of the city council, a missile hit a Luhansk art school building.
