Moscow - Trilateral gas talks between the European Commission, Russia and Ukraine will resume at 8 p.m. Kyiv time (9 p.m. Moscow time) today, Gazprom said on Twitter.
Russia has said key understandings have been reached, but that financial guarantees on the repayment of Ukraine’s gas debt are needed from the EC for documents to be signed. Only in that case was the Russian delegation prepared to return to Brussels to resume the talks that ended late last night.
