Leadership of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) said property of Dnipropetrovsk oblast governor Ihor Kolomoisky, which was in the region, would be confiscated.

“The operations of Privatbank and other structures belonging to Ihor Kolomoisky are stopped at the DPR territory,” DPR Prime Minister Alexander Borodai told reporters on July18.

“His property will be confiscated. This decision has been made due to the fact that oligarch Kolomoisky is among the people responsible for instigating the war,” Borodai said.

At the same time, the DPR government announced tax holidays for small and mid-size business until battle actions end. “Taxes will not be collected in the DPR during this period,” Borodai said.
