China Aviation Corporation AVIC intends to develop joint projects and reach a new level of partnership with Ukraine, company president Lin Zuoming has said at a meeting with the representatives of Ivchenko-Progress, part of Ukroboronprom state concern.
According to the press service of Ukroboronprom, talks with the Chinese delegation were held within the Airshow China-2014 international exhibition of modern aircraft.
The state concern noted that cooperation between the enterprises has been going on for several years, therefore the parties discussed not only the specific conditions of deepening cooperation, but the existing contracts.
Ivchenko-Progress specializes in designing, manufacturing and repairing aircraft and industrial gas turbine engines.
