The Cabinet of Ministers has decided to involve an advisor in the privatization of power generating company PJSC Centrenergo.
The corresponding decision is stipulated in government order No. 626-r of June 17, 2015, the text of which has been posted on the government’s website.
The Cabinet also instructed the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry to transfer a state stake in Centrenergo to the State Property Fund within ten days.
