The cockpit voice and flight data recorders from the Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777 that recently crashed in Ukraine were delivered to the United Kingdom under ICAO specialists' supervision at 7.45 a.m. Kyiv time on July 23, the Ukrainian state commission investigating the crash reported on Facebook.

 The government commission said that an agreement had been reached on
Tuesday, July 22 on the procedure of the black boxes’ handover, which was
confirmed by a common technical protocol signed by representatives of
the Netherlands, Malaysia, Ukraine, and the ICAO.
