Ukrainian military have blown up the runway at Luhansk Airport, National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) information and analytical center spokesman Andriy Lysenko has said.
“After the military left the airport in Luhansk, our explosives experts blew up the runway, thus making its use impossible,” he said at a briefing on Tuesday, Sept. 2.
