Ukraine's state security service has opened a criminal case against officials at an unnamed Russian bank for "providing financing to terrorists," the SBU said in a statement on April 15.

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) said that the banking institution transfers every day from $200 to $500 to the payment cards issued to the members of these terrorist groups, thus actually providing financial support to them and helping them prepare for committing terrorist attacks on Ukrainian territory.
