Georgia is preparing to send military helmets and bulletproof vests to Ukraine as part of what it calls a humanitarian aid shipment. Georgia's minister of labor, health, and social affairs, Davit Sergeenko, told journalists in Tbilisi that the government has reached an agreement with transport companies to send humanitarian aid to Ukraine on September 10.
