Dozens were arrested outside the Ukrainian parliament in Kyiv on Oct. 14 after clashes broke out between police and a small group of violent demonstrators. A small group of masked men gathered outside the Verkhovan Rada (Ukraine's parliament) building where they threw smoke bombs at a police line.
