Ukrainian Defense Minister Valeriy Geletey accused Moscow of launching a "great war" that could claim tens of "thousands of lives." Ahead of talks with the separatists later this week, Geletey said Russia was behind a counter offensive by pro-Russia militants in the eastern Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
